We are looking for Manager HR - Night Shift

Job Description:
Managing the entire Talent Acquisition cycle right from understanding the manpower requirement, sourcing candidates, interviewing candidates, negotiating offers and closing the position.
Working closely with Business Managers to ensure an in-depth understanding of Business requirement in terms of resources, grievances, performance, etc.
Adhering to internal HR processes such as ensuring proper documentation of candidates' papers,monthly hiring, MIS generation, preparing offer letters, appointment letters within the specified TAT.
Will be in charge of overlooking:
HR Report generation
Retention strategies
Recognition and Reward strategies
Confirmations/ Appraisals
Leave Attendance Management
Performance Management System
Will also be responsible for grievance handling, employee relations, etc.
Responsible for effective employee engagement activities and fun at work schedule.
Formulates policies related to people management, attraction, deployment and development to build a positive and performance-oriented culture in the Company
Monitors the execution of well-planned induction programmes to enable the new employees reach productivity levels faster
Identifies critical employee training needs across the Company, designs the annual training calendar, supervises its execution and monitors the effectiveness of training
Determines the appropriate compensation philosophy and structure for the company using market trends and data, implements reward and recognition programmes including decisions on bonuses and increments
Directs and monitors the conduct of performance appraisal as per set schedules, provides technical guidance to appraisers, oversees proper documentation and timely decision making of related decisions.
Experience and Skills:
MBA with overall 5 - 6 years of HR operations experience in an IT/BPO/KPO Environment
Expertise into Manpower planning and execution
Proven experience into various areas of life cycle management of an employee
Knowledge into policy documentation & statutory compliances
Should have exposure to generating payroll for 400+ employees
Team Management. Should have handled a span 250-500 members.
Should be good in English Communication, must possess exemplary Analytical Skills
Expert execution Capabilities
Should be excellent with MS Office package MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power point
