JOB DETAILS              
• Lead a growing Human Resource operations team in Mumbai. Ensure highest levels of staff engagement • Ongoing resource planning to ensure that operations team is right sized & with the right skill sets. • Manage day to day operation of the HR operations (involving multiple sites & legal entities). Responsible for coordination and management of all departmental functions such as managing pre & post joining formalities, confirmations, transfers, leave and attendance, performance management, exit management, corresponding internal controls. o Responsibilities also include:  Efficiently managing the employee onboarding process including co-ordinating with different support functions  Maintain employee masters within the HRMS & complete employee records  Day to day employee support on leave and attendance  Manage the regular confirmation, transfers, exit management  Support the periodic performance management activities  Administrative & Logistical support to Learning University  Ensure service delivery in accordance with agreed service levels  Monitor performance for ensuring effective & efficient Service Delivery  Manage employee helpdesk – address staff queries  Regular support to other HR functions like Talent Acquisition, Learning & development, Business HR etc.  Preparation of ad hoc reports as required. • Complete processing in accordance with department KPI’s and SLA’s. Periodic preparation of metrics over the team to communicate its efficiency and effectiveness • Continually assess opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and the level of services provided. o Leverage automation & tools like lean/six sigma. o Given the criticality & sensitivity of the process, ensure highest standards of accuracy & productivity for Human Resource Operations • Oversee both external and internal audit information gathering and reporting. • To ensure all the required process controls are implemented, documented and monitored so as to ensure full audit compliance. • Maintain team’s work engagement by providing on-site guidance and timely identification and remediation of training gaps • Participate and lead the organizational change management initiatives for Human resource operations • Ensure high quality services, meeting stakeholders’ expectations with optimum resource utilization • Ensure close interaction with corporate & business human resource, finance teams to understand requirements and deliver services accordingly • Develop effective, collaborative relationships and networking with all internal clients and stakeholders • Responsible to maintain department’s spending and budgets Qualifications - Post Graduate with Professional Qualifications such as MBA – HR (Full time only) - Relevant post qualification work-experience of 8-10 years. - Experience of managing large teams. - In-depth understanding of the ‘Hire to retire’ work stream with relevant experience in management of end to end Employee masters in SAP & Oracle environment. - Proficient in Written & spoken English - Good listener with analytical mind - Excellent decision making skills in a fast paced environment - Attention to detail, effective management and interpersonal skills, professionalism, positive attitude and a willingness to work in a team-oriented environment - Leadership and Team building skills. - Experience in handling functional Training for the team. - Strong exposure in creating a high performance-driven culture, employee engagement & customer centricity - Adept in process mapping & documentation. - Experienced in redesigning optimal processes (with necessary controls built in) and handling projects. - Experience of working in a KPI-metrics environment and managing employees in this fashion - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word - Application and interpretation of current legislations and compliance requirements within payroll functions (including withholding taxes)
