We are looking for a HR Manager to oversee all employee related procedures and draft HR strategies in alignment with our business needs.
Job responsibilities includes but are not limited to:
- Design hiring plans for all departments based on seasonal needs
- Manage Recruitment at all levels in the hierarchy, with an efficient TAT.
- Onboard and induct new hires
- Manage employee attendance and compensation
- Draft policies as per the requirement of the business
- Manage the HRMIS system
- Keep up and administer changes in the labour regulations and laws
- Manage Compensation and Benefits
- Identify training needs and draft a Training Calendar and implement business and employee specific trainings
- Manage Exists of resigning employees
- Be the single point of contact for all management and staff
- Handle employee grievances and complaints
- Manage Rewards & Recognition for employees
- Manage Performance Appraisals for all employees
- Maintain and update employee data, and be the sole custodian of the same.
- Work in partnership with other departments to enable business performance.
This will be an individual contributor role.
The position will report to the Chairman & CEO
Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 8,00,000 PA.

The ideal candidate would have the following
- An experience of 4-6 years in a fast paced environment, ideally functioning as an individual contributor.
- Masters degree in HR from a reputed institute
- Knowledge of labour laws
- A hawk's eye for detail and an absolute focus on quality is extremely important
- A can do attitude, and with an ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
