JOB DETAILS
1. Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
2. Writes directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
3. Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law.
4. Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
5. Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
6. Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
7. Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
8. Collecting employment and tax information
9. Preparing new employee files
10. Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system
11. Maintaining current HR files and databases
12. Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
13. Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
14. Oversee the central HR Administration employee offer letters salary letters and employment contracts.
15. Coordinate and provide recommendations related to labour and employee relations including formulating bargaining strategies consistent with the short and long-term needs of the organization.
