We are looking to hire a senior human resource generalist for our Group organization to be based out of Nerul Navi-Mumbai.
Listed below are some of the roles and responsibilities :
To overlook the operations of all the group businesses at Paras defence & Space technologies ltd.
Strategize , customise and implement HR solutions that enable smooth & optimum functioning across the organization.
To work closely with the directors and senior leaders of the organization to ensure efficient functioning of their business operations.
Will be expected to be an expert in all functions of Human resources with at least 6-10 years of corporate or agency experience.
Should be a people friendly person with a problem-solution approach towards all situations that arise or may arise during the course of business.
Knowledge of labour laws will be a huge add on while considering hiring for this role.
Ability to customise and frame company policies as per the nuances of the labour law prevalent at respective state offices.
This role will have dual reporting to the Managing Director and the Head HR in parallel.
This role would be designated as an Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager depending on the candidates years of experience. Salary would be basis last drawn salary.
