The Job Purpose of the HR Manager is to:
Provide operational support to the Human Resources function and management team in India.
Operationally support through people and organizational development.
Actively contribute to the Company HR strategies, initiatives and programs.

Job Description:
As Manager Human Resources your responsibilities include:
.
HR Operations:
Provide operational HR support to enable the daily operations and lead execution of critical HR initiatives, projects & employee engagement
Build a competent and capable HR operations function
Ensure that the Regional HR team are sufficiently resourced, organized and supported and have a clear direction.
Set HR KPIs to monitor success and identify issues
HR Policy:
Implement the human resources policy of the Company in line with the companys global human resources policy
Ensure correct operation of human resources policy within the areas of training & development, recruitment & talent acquisition, HR administration, compensation & benefits and HR communication related activities in the Company
HR Statutory Compliance:
Ensure compliance of all human resource activities in the company with all Indian Government employment legislation including Provident Fund, ESIS and others
Ensure compliance to the companys global human resources practices & policy with respect to employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
Manpower Planning:
Suggest organization improvements and ensure coordination of their implementation
Understand business needs, finalize reporting structure, identify vacancies & update the Job Descriptions
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Actively manage the recruitment and selection process
Ensure best practices in hiring including aptitude, knowledge & skill testing as well as background verification of all prospective employees
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and ensure the creation and execution of effective training & development programs
Manage and monitor the training budget of the company
Performance Appraisals:
Ensure the timely implementation of the periodic and annual appraisal process
Manage the execution of performance appraisal rounds and their followups
Employee Relationship Management:
Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters
Design & facilitate HR processes & also benchmark with the best practices across the industry
Quality System Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile
MBA HR with 7 to 12 years of Relevant Human Resources experience
Solid expertise in HR functional areas including Performance management, Talent management, Training, HRMS, Employee Engagement
Demonstrated ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality HR services
Excellent influencing and negotiating skills;
Develop cohesive HR plans and a good operational HR foundation
Ethical and values centered individual
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong at planning and multi-tasking
