The incumbent shall be responsible for hardcore Corporate HR such as Strategy HR, Manpower Planning, Talent Management, OD, Succession Planning, Performance Management System, Talent Acquisition, Competency Mapping, HR Policy, L&D, Leadership Development, Compensation & Benefit Analysis etc.
Required Candidate profile
MBA (HR) from reputed Institute with 15 to 20 years of experience from large manufacturing organisation.
Excellent communication & leadership skills.
