Focus on HR Excellence for all processes and Hr operations. Timely delivery of HR services to the employees.
Compare the existing manpower numbers with new requisitions received for the current year and share with COE Recruitment for costing & budgetings.
Talent Acquisition - Responsible for the recruitment of various critical positions
Ensure timely execution & completion of all processes involved in the Performance Management System (PMS) Performance Planning (KRA setting & central uploads in case of template KRAs), Mid-Year review & Year-End process.
Facilitate moderations & promotion council discussions.
Identify and resolve sensitive situations/queries relating to HR polies, processes and practices.
Single point of the contact for all the departments in the business unit
Employee reimbursements Processing & Approvals
Attendance Management: Cross verifying the employee timesheets with the attendance mapped in the HRIS System.
Make sure that the attendance and leaves are properly captured in the HRIS System for all the employees.
Auditing the HRIS System for the Leave Credit & Debit Configuration
Meeting employees on frequent intervals and addressing their queries.
Making sure that all employee queries are addressed and worked upon.
Sharing monthly input of New Joiners, Exit Cases, Change in Salary, Change in Department, Change in Designation
Salary Arrears for the month whichever is applicable.
Calculating the LOPs of the staff.
Verifying the Payroll Outputs
Preparing Bank Advice & NEFT File for Salary disbursement on monthly basis.
Sharing the PT/PF Challans with the Accounts department for the payments.
