Other HR functions such asPMS, Joining formalities, Induction, Payroll, Compliance, Employee Engagement, Exit, policies &process implementation are few other areas of HR which too need to be managed by individual(b) Supports the Finance function along with the consultant/vendor to ensure smooth monthly auditsof cash in-flows, cash out-flows, out-standing payments, recovery, invoicing, costs, reimbursementsetc.(c) Office administration will be part & parcel of this role
