Defining & institutionalizing career progression assessment platforms, processes and policies for attracting And retaining talent- line with the business strategy
Leading the integrated work force management for strategic & operational demand ,work force planning,
Talent acquisition, on-boarding, skill management including up- skil l& cross skill, learning, and so on
Preparing various Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters and Increment Letters etc.
Developing comprehensive strategies to manage program delivery and organizational adoption ,talent development, and leadership effectiveness to continuously improve/mitigate risk around training initiatives etc.
Work closely with department heads to understand manpower needs & support them through campus or off campus hiring drives. .

Implementing employee initiative process for Supervisor & Managerial

Payroll & Statutory Compliance & MIS
Handle Payroll and Statutory compliance Corporate & Factory
Have in-depth understanding of labor law compliance framework and labour machinery.
Stay abreast with latest update on Labor statues & educates stake holders on amendments / new notification
Ensure compliance. including adherence of corporate policies and governmental regulations (Internal statutory & payroll audits, Labour compliance, ISO etc.) and review periodically through audits and checks.
Be accountable for all labour laws related statutory compliance on the site, with the help of 3rd part agency.
Responsible for all statutory compliance like Industrial Health & Safety Office,Labor office, MPCB, PF, ESI, Profession Tax ,Employment Exchange etc.
Compensation & Benefit
Partner closely with HR Head for salary bench marking for shop floor workforce.
Understand & interpret wage study report, in context of use & application for MPA.
Build comprehensive understanding of C&B framework and work closely with HR leader on this subject.
Timely provide inputs /data to India corporate office / regional office on compensation & benefit matters
Contract Management
Handling Contract Labour Management, Manpower Budgeting, License Renewal of Contract Labour
Management and fulfilling contract labour as per the shop floor requirement
Monitoring the statutory compliances under various Labour Acts viz.CLRA, Factories Act, ESIC Act, EPF & Misc. Act
Resolving the grievances tactfully and implementing the timely effective redressal and liaising with Govt.Office
Counselling / grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy worke nvironment & facilitating.
Employee Satisfaction, HR Survey & community development initiatives
Liaising with enforcement authorities on matters of Labour Laws.
Government liaising
With authorities under Factories Act, Contract Labor Act, Provident Fund Act, ESIC, MPCB, MIDC, Local Police Authorities etc.
Drafting of legal notices and various kinds of pleadings regarding labor matter.
Drafting of MOUs, Wage Agreements etc.
Obtaining legal opinions on various issues.
Keeping liaison with Advocates, Government Officers and police station
Attained the labor officers Court cases, Hearing and settlement
Attained and kept the stand Abolition Hearings at state Assembly
Active participation in Regulation case proceeding
Qualification & Experience:
MBA-HR, MLS, MLW, MSW or MA (IR & PM).
10+ year of experience in a manufacturing set up. Candidate must be heading mid-size plant independently or responsible for execution of Compliance, TA, C&B, PMS in large size plant
Demonstrated fast rate of growth in previous experience
Familiarity with HRIS / Employee self service portal
In-depth understanding of Labor law compliances & labor machinery.
