Selected Candidate's day-to-day & END to END HR Responsibilities include:
1. Talent Acquisition - Recruitment.
2. Documentation process for Hiring and Induction.
3. Managing consultants.
4. Policy Communication.
5. Understanding of All Statutory Compliance's
6. Identify Training resources.
7. Handle Complete IR activities.
8. HRD - Analysis and Trends - International.
9. Performance Management & Development. Appraisal process and Implementation/Coordination. Goal setting, measures.
10. Payroll Management.
11. Employee Engagement.
12. In-depth knowledge of full-employee life cycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
QUALIFICATIONS: Basic minimum skills and experience required: MBA - HR.
Excellent Communications and presentation skills in ENGLISH (WRITTEN / SPOKEN) and Hindi (spoken). Any other languages known would be an added benefit. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact autonomously with internal and external partners.
