Designation HR Manager
Reporting to Director
Scope of operations - Handling overall HR operations
Educational Qualifications/Exp. - Candidate must have a prior experience in HR Generalist profile.
Candidate should be at least a university graduate. Professional academic degree will be an added advantage.
Experience 3 to 8 Yrs.
Salary 5.5 Lac p.a. + (Depend upone experience)
Notice period: 30 Days

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Understanding job requirements and managing full recruitment cycle to identify, source & shortlisting of candidates accordingly; conducting background checks & pre-employment checkup for selected candidates and follow-up till the date of joining.
Developing effective strategy in recruiting top talent including producing precise and accurate job postings, determining appropriate recruitment channels such as networking, headhunting, and job portals to develop a pipeline for positions and source qualified candidates and assisting in filling short and long term vacancies in the most cost effective manner.
Joining & Exit Formalities:
Pre Onboarding
Driving first level verification check.
Generating new joiners report.
Resolving any concern pertaining to non-submission of documents or for any other reasons.
Onboarding & Orientation
Managing thorough end to end documentation of all new joiners.
Providing welcome kit and generating Employee IDs.
Conducting orientation session and explaining about Company management, various Policies & Procedure, Employee Benefits, and various terms & condition of Employment.
Coordinating with bank representative for opening the bank account.
Taking care of General Administrative activities like updating new employee data in the HRMS and helping out the new joiner in filling the employment forms, nominations forms like PF, ESIC.
Exit Formalities
Responsible for driving smooth exit process for resigned / terminated employees.
Coordinating & managing the Full & Final Settlement with the help of Accounts department.
Attendance, Payroll & Salary Administration
Maintaining and generating the employees attendance report for the salary process.
Coordinating with the finance department for monthly payroll system, make necessary entries for new joiners, unpaid leave, Comp off leave, salary advances, etc.
Employee Engagement & Relation
Handling staff grievances & assisting management in resolving them; analysing repeated grievances & suggesting corrective measures.
Managing the employee reward and recognition program and conducting informal employee engagement events.
Actively Involved in Planning and Maintaining Events like Birthday celebration, monthly Events.
General HR Administration
Responsible for maintaining the database of employees.
Preparing and handing over all HR related letters.
Accountable for overseeing general administration, facility management, and space allotment to new joiners.
Updating personnel records such as prescribed Application Form for appointment duly filled in, Appointment Letter, Periodical Performance Appraisal, all memos/letters issued to staff regarding his/her job performance, warning or appreciation letters, increment letters etc.
Administration
Responsible for checking and updating stationery items, First Aid box items.
