We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management. An ideal candidate for the human resources executive position holds an academic HR background. Familiarity with our industry (Logistics) is also an advantage.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives for staff and for Service Marshals (Delivery Associates on contract rolls), which is also aligned with the overall business strategy.
Support current and future business needs through hiring, development, engagement, motivation of the onroll employees.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment & selection process.
Oversee and manage a strong incentive and reward system that drives high performance
Nurture a positive working environment, run employee welfare programs
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Manage monthly payroll and comp & ben of all employees.
Manage manpower and other HR vendor relations and coordinate on a monthly basis.
Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
Maintaining and revising the companys handbook on policies and procedures
Maintaining department records and reports
Take the lead role in aligning HR management duties with the company culture and core values
Design and evaluate training and development programs to ensure proper training solutions are built
To develop the HR team, to ensure the provision of a professional HR service to the organization. Manage a team of staff. Responsible for mentoring, guiding and developing them as a second line to the current position.
Keep senior management and operations informed of internal and external HR developments that may impact overall effectiveness
Provide HR reports to upper management as requested
