Day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Handling End to End recruitment right from sourcing candidates to the on boarding formalities.
Handling End to End HR Cycle.
Talent acquisition – post jobs on portals, preselect and schedule interviews, coordinate with HR consultancy firms etc.
Manage and deploy Employee Engagement activities including training sessions, group activities, cultural activities, etc.
Responsible for employee retaining.
Develop, design and roll out KPIs for team.
Conduct one on one sessions, feedback sessions, etc.
Manage entire end to end employee lifecycle from entry formalities, orientation, training, feedback sessions, annual reviews, to exit formalities
Coordinate with vendors to close benefits like dentals, Mediclaim, etc.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruitment firm.
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a digital firm
Basic knowledge of labor law
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills
Degree in Human Resources or related field
PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)
