JOB DETAILS
Recruitment (On Boarding & Off Boarding)
To handle all aspects of recruitment i.e. source, shortlist and interview candidates, prepare offer letter and ensure all requisite documentations are properly signed off, filed and with copies transmitted to HQ HR.
To handle onboarding and new hire administration (i.e. to ensure that the necessary working equipment are ready, to conduct orientation, to introduce the new employee, immigration assistance etc)
To manage the off boarding and employee exit processes, along with the return of company assets and final payment.
Compensation & Benefits (including payroll)
To ensure timely & accurate processing and submission of employee payroll & statutory contributions to HQ HR for approval.
Working closely with our payroll vendor to ensure changes are timely approved, updated and accurately processed.
To maintain employee health insurance benefits and process changes & terminations to benefits as and when it arises and to respond promptly to employee queries regarding enrolment, benefits coverage and related.
To manage and track employees flex benefits (eg maternity, optical and dental) reimbursements and leave administration.
Review and enhance existing policies to ensure they remain relevant and appropriate. Administer contract renewal for benefits, include liaison with brokers/vendors, renewal terms and clearance with HQ HR.
Performance Management & Employee Relations
To track and review the quality of KPI submitted by employees, ensure completeness, analyze and highlight any observable or conflicting objectives within and across functions.
To work with Country Manager to drive and implement HR initiatives related to Employee Engagement action plans.
To manage employee relations issues including counseling and consultation/collaboration with Country Manager, Functional Leaders and HQ HR regarding performance, conduct and discipline issues.
To support any PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) cases and coach managers/employees on the process.
Build relationships with managers at all levels, ensure HR function is visible and available to the business and that a consistent, responsive HR services is provided.
Support Office Administration
To provide administrative support to the Country Manager with including meeting scheduling, calendaring, his/her expense reimbursements etc.
To organize and file all HOOQ related contracts, permits, licenses, tax and agreements etc.
To provide all office administrative support including but not limited to purchasing of office supplies, verifying office expenses, logistic support to office events, visitors, monthly townhall, workshops, training coordination etc.
Maintain accurate company assets and purchase logs.
To be responsible for other HR tasks/admin projects which may be assigned on an ad hoc basis.
