JOB DETAILS              
1.Develop a process to review time to fill metrics to reduce cycle time to hire. 2.Develop and maintain good relationships with employment agencies and other recruitment resources. 3.Experience in hiring, onboarding, and retention and will be reporting to the VP opportunities with a free hand for their area of work. 4.Schedule panel interviews, booking venue for interviews, writing job offer letters. 5.Perform screening, interviewing, applicant assessment, and referring candidates to Hiring Managers for completing the recruitment process. 6.Identify new, cost-effective resources for recruitment, and track and review the effectiveness of sources. 7.Assist and support management by handling and resolving Human Resources issues. 8.Prepare and maintain a salary plan/structure for new employees. 9.Support a positive employee relations climate by being accessible to all employees. 10.Generate Offer letters for onboarding employees. 11.Working closely with the directors of the company and preparing yearly Budgets and Targets. 12.Maintaining Payroll, attendance, joining, and exit details of the employees. 13.Understanding the job requirements thoroughly then screening and shortlisting the candidates in accordance with requirements. 14.Conducting initial HR interviews and negotiating the salary expectations of candidates. 15.Handling Pre-joining and post joining formalities.
