Induction & engagements
Manpower budget discussion
Will be responsible for Life Cycle management of employees
Policy restructuring & updation
HRIS system management , implement / automation as much as possible
Supporting the BU heads with timely assistance of performance of each division
Highlight to CHRO about any gaps in HR Support to various business Units
Sales Force HR who will be part of their goal setting, performance tracking
Gap analysis, HR Analytics, compensation benchmarking
PMS process (end to end )for whole group
Payroll process
Exit & full and final management
Setting up SOP for each individual HR Functions
KRA/KPI setting & follow ups
MIS Management attrition reports, org chat updating, sales to cost report , manpower plan report , PMS Dash board management etc
Skills:
Analytical skill, Communication, excel & report making
Location: Mumbai Kandivali west
Reporting to Sr. HR Manager
someone who is excellent in excel & report making
Talent acquisition is not a part , hence not looking for candidates with TA experience
Salary: INR 7,00,000 - 12,00,000 P.A.
