We are looking for an HR Manager to handle company's recruitment process for creative team member required in the entire process of creation of educational YouTube videos and in the influencer marketing agency.
Responsibilities:
1) Manage the recruitment and selection process of the team members.
2) Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, system, tactics and procedure across the organization.
3) Oversee and manage a performance appraisal/incentives system that drives high performance.
4) Ensure legal & company policy compliance throughout the company.
5) Report employee performance data to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
6) Support the company's current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation & preservation of human capital.
7) Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
8) Nurture and overall positive working environment.
Requirements -
1) Over 1year of proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive.
2) Knowledge of HR system and databases.
3) Ability to architect strategies along with leadership skills.
4) Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationship at all levels of the company.
5) People oriented and result driven.
6) Ability to work under deadline.
