Position – Human Resources Manager (HR)
We are looking for an HR Manager to handle company's recruitment process for creative team members required in the entire process of creation of educational YouTube videos and in the influencer marketing agency.
Responsibilities-
· Manage the recruitment and selection process of the team members.
· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
· Develop and maintain employee pay plan and benefits program.
· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal/ incentive system that drives high performance.
· Ensure legal & company policy compliance throughout the company.
· Report employee performance data to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
· Support the company's current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
· Nurture an overall positive working environment.
Requirements-
· Over 1 year of proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
· Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
· Ability to architect strategies along with leadership skills.
· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
· People oriented and results driven.
· Ability to work under a deadline.
