Key Responsibilities:
Organization Development:
Part of Talent Management process right from recruitment to Performance Management wherein focus is on hiring the right talent, recognition, appreciation ,succession planning and development of employees
Ensuring the job descriptions are defined for each positional requirements in order to align with individual targets
Designed and Implemented Reward and Recognition Schemes such as Kudos, Positive Action Award, Certificate of Appreciation and such initiative to motivate the task force.
Representative to support & drive Talent Review Process for Middle & Senior Management
Handling Compensation & Benefit process.
Employee Engagement & Connect Activities:
Implemented employee engagement initiatives to enhance motivation, team-building and productivity.
Successfully implemented Communication forums like Town Hall, Open House, Sampark etc. as various channels to seek ideas and disseminate business performances respectively
Developed a culture of recognizing employee contributions by institutionalizing instant rewards and recognition.
Major Engagement Initiatives such as Skill Matrix, Coaching & Mentoring, Skill Enhancement Project, Reward & Recognition Scheme, Employee Suggestion Scheme
Training & Development:
Identified training needs by analyzing inputs from employees, functional leaders & performance appraisals. Conducted training needs and roll out the training calendar.
Active role in designing training calendar for both technical & behavioral skills and its effective implementation.
Developed modules for the employees for continual improvement.
Developed module and conducted session on TEAM BUILDING for junior level employees.
Maintaining training records & documentation for IMS, and other important audits.
Performance Management System:
Managing half yearly as well as annual PMS cycle and facilitate promotion cycle in adherence to timelines.
Managed entire PMS cycle for unionized employees.
Certified Trainer to provide training for employees on BSC/ Reviews etc.
Facilitation in construction & review of Balance Score card for respective units
Facilitating functional leaders and line managers on the PMS methodologies and deliver training on
the associated processes.
Facilitating Functional Leaders to work on PIP (performance Improvement Plan) for below average performers and working on their development plans.
Talent Acquisition:
Design Organization structures and define dimensioning norms in close coordination with the Business & function Heads.
Responsible for full cycle recruiting process from screening, interviewing, offer preparation, negotiating and closing the candidate.
Posting the requirement on job portals & searching the resumes through job portals.
Responsibility included consulting with the management regarding the hiring needs in terms of total number of open positions, skills, duties and qualifications.
Experience in preparing reports on recruitment via track turnaround times, open positions, etc.
Job Posting on Job Site according to requirements.
Maintained complete Reports and Documentation on candidates, searches, and interview feedback in the recruitment database.
License Management
Maintain Good relation with government body and finalize all Major Licence Renewal.
Union Management
Continuously improve the IR and Legal processes to make them suitable with the business requirements.
Develop capability of the IR Team subordinates and Regional Representative to handle the issue smoothly and efficiently at their locations. Also providing them guidance and direction including setting performance standards and monitoring their performance
Contract workforce / Labour management.
Analyze working conditions, statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
Represent organization at personnel related hearings and investigations.
Analyze and modify compensation and benefit policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Negotiate bargaining agreements and help business teams to interpret work orders in terms of labor & legal aspects.
Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts.
Establishing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining interpersonal relationships for long term.
Providing personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to others such as coworkers, customers, or patients.
Strategic Planning
Formulating and implementing HR policies, procedures and new HR initiatives.
Develop and manage the manpower planning and budget.
Developing Standard Operating Practices (SOPs) and HR philosophy document.
Designing skill building initiatives for optimum utilization of manpower resources through reorganization and re-deployment.
HR Audit & MIS:
Prepare Monthly HR MIS includes various details like: Induction status, Goal & Action plan status, Training status.
Efficient in communicating well in written and verbal both.
Quick Learner and Adaptive in nature.
Good Interpersonal skills.

Self Motivate.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management.
A.M.C. & Service Provider Agreement.
Final Negotiation of Company License with Government authority.
Negotiation with Vendors.
Maintaining Hygiene Standard.
Checking Grooming standard And the Training schedule of outsources staff.
Check the Man-Power Provider bill with proper Compliances related document.
Check the canteen vendor Hygiene, Cleanliness, Food Quality & food related License.
Prepare critical incident Report.
Pest Control and Sanitation.
Landscaping and Gardening.
Managing Hotel Reservation and Meeting arrangement.
