Experience- 8-10 years experience in manufacturing plant
Role & responsibilities
a)End to end Recruitment & onboarding,
b) Training & Development
c) Employee Engagement & retention
d) Grievance handling
e) Campus connect
f) Implementation for various HR policies in the unit
g) Payroll input
h) Manpower reports, MIS
i) CSR- monitoring, coordination and implementation
j) Co-ordinate & Manage different CFTs
k) Knowledge & experience in handling POSH
l) NAPS & NATS - Co-ordinate with TPA & fulfill as per requirement
m) Experience in handling system & customer audits
n) Daily Work Management
