JOB DESCRIPTION-
Spearhead and manage the entire Recruitment cycle from Sourcing to Closing to fill the open positions whenever necessary.
Implementing rules and formulating strategies for Growth, Productivity of Employees.
Performance management, Appraisal process
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
To assist with Payroll and take care of the compliance necessary for the same
Formulate Strategies and work with Marketing & Edit teams for new positions and skill sets for growth
Should be a peoples' person and understand human intricacies
Should be Willing to give presentations to B schools , and handle interns and onb
Team Bonding and development.Leadership roles and willing to go the extra mile to understand media business and develop HR strategies around it.
COMPANY DETAILS
Proven experience of 2 to 6 years in handling both Recruitment and Generalist roles.
People's person
Self Starter
Working with Media Experience preferred
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Should be willing to learn new roles and other functions in the organization.
