eMeasurematics , creator of various cutting edge industrial automation products seeks an HR manager with a strong background of Recruitment, HR and general management.
Key Responsibility Areas
Work with the leadership to develop & administer human resources plans and procedures
Be the custodian of HR guidelines and policy framework by actively engaging with managers across all levels to create consensus.
Ensure organizational values are practiced and in the right spirit.
Streamline and supervise HR operations like payroll, leave, attendance, on-boarding, exit management, benefits administration, HR analytics and budgets to deliver best in class Human Resource Management
Take end-to-end ownership of Recruitment of technical & non-technical resources by Identifying and sourcing appropriate talent, coordinating interviews, conduct regular followups wherever necessary.
Analyze trends in recruitment turnover, current hiring climate, employee engagement and recommend appropriate strategies or interventions for better recruitment wherever necessary.
Ability to analyze and predict bottlenecks/ issues in order to meet set targets.
Develop and monitor informative HR dashboards to track key metrics for HR & recruitment operations for continuous improvement
Skills Required-
Solid conceptual knowledge of HR. Masters in Human Resource Management is a plus
5 years plus experience as HR Generalist, managing small to medium dynamic teams.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated and responsible individual
Understanding of legal risks and liabilities associated with HR processes
