Closing the position in given deadline.
Pre-joining calls to offered candidates to ensure smooth transition of employees in to new role
Interacting with PAN India employees, resolving their problems very effectively & sharing the same with the Management.
Conducting exit interviews to identify reasons for attritions & sharing attrition feedback data with
Management
Preparing monthly /quarterly/ Yearly Attrition report.
Preparing Analysing the reports for Resignations/ Terminations/ Absconding reports to understand the reason for higher attrition.
Framing new Policies for the company.
Suggested policies which will benefit company and employees
Coordinating monthly Employee Engagement Games. Team Building Activities, Ethnic Day, Festival
celebrations & get together, Birthday celebrations
Monitoring & guiding the team members.
