First line advice to the business on appropriate methods to manage performance, handle employee relations matters and provide generalist HR support
Resolve the queries from the employees on appropriate methods to manage performance, handle employee relations matters and provide generalist HR support
Be aligned with-in or across units/divisions and/or functions and deliver HR solutions to meet managers' and employees' needs
Design and plan executing the performance and talent management processes with-in sales employee group in coordination with the corporate HR
Provide inputs to the HR Head in developing annual people plan in-line with the business
Responsible for the execution of the Unit / Division facility people strategy, HR plan and priorities
Support HR Services delivery of people-related matters
Facilitate change management with-in the designated unit(s) or function(s)
Assist line managers to meet and exceed people objectives for their area or function
Interpret, communicate, and drive implementation of various HR initiatives and programs
Provide inputs, advice and solutions on all people related subjects, in conjunction with Corporate HR
Working with the business managers to identify recruitment needs and support them in coordinating with the recruitment team
Provide inputs for the payroll process and HR systems management
Contributing to the output of the compensation and benefits audit and review process including external
market data surveys, job matching and compensation analysis for annual pay reviews
To identify high performers within the department and identify their potential and training and development needs
Perform any other task as assigned by the management
Conduct performance appraisal of the team
To perform any other duties as assigned by the management
