Position: Manager - Human ResourcesReporting to: Recruitment Lead- Human ResourcesDivision: Human ResourcesResponsibilities:- Manage end to end requirement needs for 2 or more business units- Manage stakeholder engagement at the business head and their one downs level.- Understand the business requirements thoroughly and partner with them to achieve the Talent strategy for business- Device sourcing strategy attract the best talent at the optimum cost- Drive programmes for business to improve on Talent quality- Build strategic connections with an internal client as well as external vendors- Constant monitor the recruitment cost by using effective channels- Proactively build and create the ongoing flow of candidates pipeline at all levels- Effective stakeholder management and communication through periodic reporting- Extensively create CRISIL's presence in the market whether in India or overseas- Develop, manage and train the team- Curate and build extensive market intelligence for business incharge- Ensure the source mix and SLA for the open requirements is maintainedQualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in HRExperience: 10+years of experienceSkills Required:- Experience in hiring for BFSI sectors, specifically Banks, NBFC- s, financial consulting firms for mid to senior level is mandatory. - Experience in working with HR recruitment Agency preferred.- Experience Talent Mapping required.- Customer focus and an Agile mindset.- Demonstrated experience in managing senior level stakeholders- Strong negotiation & influencing skills- Well-knit networking with the partner/vendor firms- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
