Responsibilities:
Facilitating the process, Control & Compliance, Content Development and reviewing the same
Ability to act as a Single point of contact for Talent Development
Ensuring proactive connects & accessibility
Consulting abilities for understand Business Priorities and operations and proactively identify areas where Talent Development can provide support, including business development
Adherence to agreed timelines and to SLAs
Ensuring stakeholders involvement in the complete L&D process
Interactions with internal stakeholders on pre-defined frequency
Helping to enhance competencies by ensuring review rigor and publishing critical and required information to the business
Working towards One HR synergy by collaborating with other enabling functions
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience specifically in talent acquisition
Good communication skills
Ability to drive initiatives
Proactive nature towards the work
