Lead design and program management of High Potential Programs at the Group Level and support the overall talent management agenda at mid and senior levels.
Conceptualize and drive continuous improvements in the existing junior and mid-management Hi-Po programs, which are a signature experience in leadership development, aligned to our Employee Value Proposition
Drive seamless execution of the programs through each phase – assessment cycle, selection, development and career mapping & engagement of talent
Sustain and grow the credibility build by the IGNITE and ASCEND top talent program
Be the trusted advisor (through continuous engagement and relationship management) for high potentials at the Junior and Middle management levels
Drive talent reviews and enable careers for the junior management high potentials by mapping next level roles to individual aspirations and tapping opportunities for them across the group companies
Build regular channels of communication with the Senior Leadership Team, HR Business Partners on progress and development of high potentials at the junior management level
Partner with businesses to conceptualize and execute talent initiatives to enable talent development for high performers
Partner with businesses to help them drive needle movement on the Talent Management maturity model
Support overall talent management agenda across mid management and senior / top management levels including succession planning for critical roles
Qualifications
MBA in HR or Masters in HR/Psychology
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in talent management / leadership development / Business HR role
Experience in handling assessment / development centers and top talent programs will be preferred.
