1 RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION Conducting the interview and selection process, structuring offers, conducting negotiations, Co-ordinate with Administration for settling-in of the new employee
2 EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AND RETENTION OF WORKMEN & MANAGERS Relationship building, ensuring a close link between the Manufacturing function and the Human Resources team Driving Plant engagement initiatives and calander
3 PMS Driving the Performance management system end to end for all the functions at the plant level
4 COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Conducting compensation reviews, benchmarking exercises, revising salary levels as per the industry standards, ensuring that attrition due to non-satisfactory compensation is reduced to a minimum
5 TRAINING Conducting training programs to ensure a technically savvy and skilled workforce (for managers & Workmen)
6 TRANSACTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Supervising all transactional work like transfer letters, appointment letters etc Also driving all the initiatives from Central HO team at plant level for all the functions
7 SAFETY Ensure adherence to OHSAS, Environment, Health and Safety standards
