Role Objective
To build a strong tech-based talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for IT/Tech positions.
Job Responsibilities
Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of skilled candidates for various technical roles.
Ensure to attract best tech professional and reduce time to hire.
Interview candidates combining various methods (eg, structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
Coordinating with tech hiring managers for understanding current needs and help in forecasting future needs.
Draft and send rejection mails to all the rejected candidates. Respond to candidates reached through our career id. Maintain a tracker for all open positions related to tech.
To advertise new tech vacancies internally.
Develop effective sourcing model to ensure optimal channel mix and cost of hiring. Enhance multiple channels i.e. Employee Referrals, social, linkedin, Direct Sourcing, Campus and reduce Vendor dependency.
Vendor Management Ensure that all vendors adhere to the organizations recruitment guidelines and work in the specified framework. Design and implement vendor evaluation methodology.
Responsible to manage end-to-end IJP Process
Circulation of communication on IJP movements
Build an effective employer brand to potential candidates via direct and indirect recruitment channels
Analyze trends and feedback to adjust resourcing, attraction, assessment and selection strategies
Work with hiring managers to develop new assessment techniques
Do a job description exercise for current and future tech roles in the organisation.
Introduce automation wherever possible
Compose offer letters.

Job Specifications
Minimum Education MBA/ PG/ PG.D in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management
Minimum/Relevant Experience 3 Years to 5 Years
Past Industry Experience IT preferred, Media
