As a Manager, Talent Acquisition at Thermo Fisher Scientific you will also be part of an extremely innovative team and will encourage and allow you to create, test, and drive different recruitment strategies with the latest tools to address the business needs of the organization.
This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Leader, South Asia and is based in Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
Specifically, you’ll:
In close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Leader , you will work through a consultative partnership with business leaders and HR business partners to ensure that the recruitment organization is able to support business growth.
Implement staffing processes and business strategies to achieve the annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality and speed of hires and strong client engagement culture.
Ensures alignment of hiring strategy i.e. sourcing channels, selection methodologies and candidate care with the TA strategic and operating goals.
Meet recruiting targets by building talent pipelines for critical roles and managing internal or external stakeholders
Participate and/or lead TA projects focused on continuous improvement of core programs and services. Facilitate the implementation of PPI
Provide Market Research and mapping for ongoing and new recruitment requirements
Conducts job interviews for key jobs in the organization
Drive innovative TA initiatives, supporting the advancement of the function as a Center of Excellence (COE) and team as thought leaders.

Required:
Experience in managing recruiting processes and candidate research through direct sourcing methodologies in large matrixed organisations.
Deep expertise in understanding a relevant functional role/s.
Teamwork/Collaboration expertise with significant experience in team/project-oriented activities.
Demonstrated success using TA systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs (Kenexa BrassRing and/or SmashFly is strongly preferred)
Superior interpersonal and written/oral communication skills with the ability to relate well and cooperate with others to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers, and trends.
Adept at influencing through strong relationships, expertise and data. Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
