Recruitment: Identifying and projecting requirements along with the reporting manager, posting job requirements on various job portals, screening resumes and scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, negotiating compensation packages within the given budget.
Employee Onboarding: Communication between internal departments, emailing offers, conducting background checks, inducting and welcoming employees.
Documentation: Preparing offer letters, full and final settlements letters, appraisal letters, monthly salary slips for employees, etc.
Attendance and Leave Management: Tracking employees' attendance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Employee Grievances: For all levels, entry to topmost management.
Performance Tracking and Management: Closely monitoring utility and tracking productivity of employees regularly.
Payroll: As per the employee attendance data along with Finance.
Employee Engagement and Employee Initiatives: Preparing and executing a yearly engagement calendar with the given budget as well as finding and introducing new HR practices to enhance the company culture.
Training and Development: Identifying areas for development and introducing training programs regularly.
Employee Offboarding: Conducting exit interviews and completing exit formalities.
