Roles and Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the implementation of Talent Strategy for the regions
Involved in manpower planning and making decisions for the region in line with local needs and business forecasts
Co-ordinate for various states, understand the manpower requirements, plan and prepare the overall manpower requirement plan
Identify and finalize various sources of recruitment
Ensure effective reduction in recruitment cost through innovative strategy of hiring.
Ensure adherence to the recruitment timelines
Conduct HR Rounds of interviews, wherever necessary
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5-8 years of experience as Sales HR with focus on bulk hiring and direct exposure to managing large employee groups.
This role requires the incumbent to scale up quickly, take charge, acting as partner to the State Head
Ability to work across cultures and engage teams of geographically dispersed people.
High energy levels, good communication skills, ability to work in a dynamic & ambiguous environment
Strong networking, collaboration, and interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships of trust with a wide range of individuals and teams.
Open to travel across India
