Details of job role and responsibilities is as follows:
Talent Acquisition: Plan and manage the recruitment process along with other departmental managers to fill open positions including reviewing and evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, conducting reference checks, and issuing job offers. Develops relationships with outside recruiters, including negotiating fee arrangements and monitoring all billings.
On-boarding: Manage the new employee induction process including completing joining formalities, conducting orientation program on employment policies.
Performance Management: Design and execute performance management process for all group companies - goal setting, appraisal policy and procedures, preparation of increment matrix, promotions / transfers and post appraisal grievance handling.
Compensation and Benefits: Manage all aspects of compensation and benefits administration. Ensure the payroll policies and procedures are in compliance with the tax laws, internal and external audits. Designing the compensation proposal in line with the ABP.
HR Policy formulation: Interfacing with the management and heads of department for conceptualizing and implementing HR policies and procedures across organization.
Employee Engagement: Design, plan and implement employee engagement programs including the engagement calendar, budget planning and communication mailers.
HR Operations and Compliance: Prepare HR Budget and ensure the activities are within the budget. Ensure compliance related to research audit, taxation, labour laws, payroll, incentive policy and administration bill clearance.
