System for On duty, Leave Forms, Over Time, employees Grievances, Transfer.
Queries handling related to New joiners kit, Salary, Leaves, Attendance, Team
coordination, Transfer & Resignation, company polices etc
Define & implement policies / processes like On boarding, Employee
Communication, Rewards & Recognition, Exit Interviews Handling day to day
grievances as well.
