Position Dy Manager / Manager HR Reporting To Director HR Lead the HR function and be key member of the leadership team and work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business and ensure that the business objectives are met Focus on leadership development and work closely with the management team. Supervise the work of HR Personnel & provide guidance Taking the annual PMS Reports as per the calendar decided by the company, preparing the data for each company, become a part of discussion , calculating the increment employee wise, plant wise, Issuing the figures to the salary Driving the Succession & Development Initiatives Preparing IDPS Plan for Yearly & Monthly activities of HR Department Recruitment for Corporate & Plant level employees Finalising Offers for selected candidates CIPET Campus Recruitment Handling Contractors of various sites Attending & Guiding the team queries Resolving Grievances & disciplinary actions Handling Escalation of Salary Concerns Monthly Plant visits Taking monthly reviews of Teammates Preparing GROUP HRMIS & presenting in SBO Conducting HR Audits in Plnats for HR Process Handling escalation of Mediclaim Overall Looking for Factory Compliance & Statutory Compliance Overall Looking for actualization of various government schemes preparation of Presentation of Half Yearly & Yearly ABR Preparing HR Budgets Finalizing Annual Training Calendar, Budget & Implementing it Consolidated report for annual training calendar for all plants Tracking Efficiency of the training Drafting JDs for New Positions Handling Various Customer Audits & Certification Audits for Company Like EMS Osha , TS , Samsung, ECO Vadis, etc SBCB Action Plan & Execution Participating for HR Awards Drafting & Review of HR Policies Conducting EE Survey & Reports Hiring Talent Pool batches Preaparing KRA For own Department & providing Guidance to other departments Preparing the Increment letters Salary: INR 7,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A.
