JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to
Head HR Operations
Basic Function
Manage the Onboarding functions along with HR Digitization profile.
Details on Job Responsibilities
Lead the Onboarding function of HR Operations
Lead HR Operations Technology interventions for enhancing operational efficiency and Risk mitigation
Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders including the IT function for effective and smooth running of the Human Resources Information Systems
Conceptualize and execute various HR Analytic dashboards for effective decision making
Ownership of HR Policy mapping to employee, HR OPS process maps
Responsible for SAP system management and further improvements/Integration.
Partner with Talent Acquisition team (TA) for administration of TA related Ops processes
Ensure continuous engagement and alignment with key stakeholders like BHR, TA, C&B, Corporate Finance, IT for smooth running and continuous improvement of HR Operations processes
Responsible for management of all HR Audit like Statutory Audit, Corporate Audit, SOX Audit, Internal Risk and Control audit throughout the year and to also ensure that there are no negative observations/findings in these audits
Responsible for managing and administration of HR Cost and Budget on a month to month basis to ensure that annual budget is not exceeded
Education Qualification:
MBA with specialization in Human Resources
Experience
10 + Years of experience in the HR Operations function.
Skills & behavioral qualities
Domain knowledge of HR Operations process & Payroll.
Experience successfully implementing HR Operations processes leveraging technology.
Hands on knowledge of SAP and any HRIS system
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent/ Strong Stakeholder management skills
Should be worked in HR Shared Services module
