JD-
1. Develop and execute recruiting plans.
2. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
3. Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process.
4. Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
5. Handle administrative duties and record keeping.
6. Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire.
7. Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
8. Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions.
9. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
10. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Skill Set-
!. Communication should be good and pleasing personality.
2. Should have good knowledge of Computers- MS Word, MS- Excel.
