Roles and Responsibilities
To take care of North and East Regions' HRM function While he will be headquartered in Kolkata he has to visit Delhi and other north india locations fortnightly to be there and address the HR issues. Company will take care of the travel and stay for this travel
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate should be professionally qualified with a Postgraduate Qualification in Human Resources. Must have thorough knowledge of CLRA act and with adequate experience in handling contract labour manpower. Must have good communication and a go getter. Should be able to co-ordinate with the manpower provider to ensure uninterrupted supply of manpower. Must be willing to work at any time should such a need arise. good knowledge of labour laws and handling labour are essential.He will be suitably trained in these aspects besides HRD segment to ensure that the HR department is responsible for the total HRM and HRD verticals for both the regions.Should have minimum of 4 to 5 years' experience in a supply chain- logistics / production/ manufacturing industry. Thorough knowledge of registrations under various enactments is expected

CTC will be in the range of Rs.4.5 to 6.5 lakhs per annum. Over and above the Ctc perquisites of retiral benefit,, group health insurance, accident insurance, term life insurance are available.
