JOB DETAILS
This Job entails the candidate to have a broad spectrum of knowledge in various operational functions of the HR department.
He or she will be in charge of the day-‐to-‐day management and administration of HR operations including employee management,
coaching and counseling and ensuring that all employees of the organization follow the core HR policies of the organization.
Essential Duties
ü Performance management,
ü HR strategic planning,
ü Policies and processes
ü Maturely and sensitively address escalations of employee grievances and policy related issues
for L4, L5, L6 and through HR Manager for L1/L2/L3/L4
ü Coaching and counseling of employees’ escalations and their managers for L4, L5, L6 and
through HR Manager for L1/L2/L3/L4
ü Plan Training & Development initiatives (all levels) and streamline execution
ü Crisis management and proactive mitigation of the same
