Administration : Administration of Workers & Staff Members.
Performance Management : Deliver performance management programs that drive a high performance culture within the organization.
Recruitment & Selection : Direct and Manage the Recruitment and Selection Process.
Human Resource Policy : Develop , Implement and Maintain Human Resource Policies across the organization including training programs to educate and promote awareness of regulatory compliances.
Reporting and Management of Human Resource Metrics : Produce Reports on Key Metrics, including Remuneration, Absenteeism and Turnover.
Leadership : Motivate employees at various levels and provide coaching to help them reach their potential.
Skill / Requirements :-
Should have a Qualification in Human Resource Management or Business Management from an Institute of repute with a minimum experience of 5 years in a HR Environment in the Supervisory and Administrative Capacity in a Labour Intensive Manufacturing Concern.
Should possess a good understanding of Labour Laws.
Should have the ability to develop and implement strategic Business and HR objectives within the organization and also engage with the Supervisors and Managers at all levels to successfully influence them on key change initiatives.
Should possess superior interpersonal, coaching, communication , negotiation and consultative skills at all levels.
Person from a Leather Goods Industry is desirable but not compulsory.
