- Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
-Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills
- Contact references and perform background checks
- Inform applicants about job details.
- Maintain daily electronic journal, schedule meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
- Interacting with office visitors to make them feel welcomed
- Assist and support administrative staff, sales and marketing team and operations team in their day to day operations.
- Attending all the incoming calls, responding to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department.
- Scan documents and print files, when needed
- Support the teams in filling and updating the forms when required
