JOB DETAILS
1. Responsible for creating and driving the people agenda end to end for the region.
2. Responsible for driving and managing all HR initiatives/employee engagement agenda, recruitment /selection and on boarding.
3. Liaison and coordinate with Business Head/Leadership Team and ensure corporate initiatives are implemented, required data is fetched and feedback shared on initiatives like audit gaps, EDAP cases and attrition etc.
4. Partner with Channel HR Head in creating a rich culture based on performance based engagement and drill down key initiatives eg. Employee connect, Best Bets, PMS.
5. Custodian for monitoring progress on PMS, Employee Disciplinary Action Process (EDAP) & Compliance etc.
