JOB DETAILS              
1) Develop relationship with the employees and understand employees’ requirement 2) Maintenance of disciplinary records & co-ordinate actions as per the management’s approval. 3) Assist to handle grievances and provide necessary inputs. 4) Responsible for the Management of attendance system of employees. 5) Responsible for HR Payroll and processing. 6) Responsible for Overtime Payments after checking with the OT attendance duty rosters. 7) Responsible for Processing for Bonus Payment. 8) Cafeteria Coupon Management. 9) Timely Clearance of monthly vendor bills. 10) Privilege Leave Encashment. 11) Take necessary steps for the purpose of completion of Full & Final Settlement. 12) Maintenance of attrition data. 13) Responsible for entire Leave Management System and handing out Leave Cards to new joinees and timely updation of Leave Cards. 14) Responsible for sending Appraisal Forms to concerned Head of the Departments for confirmation purpose. 15) Responsible for renewal of contractual agreement / letter including doctors. 16) Promotion & Increment base work which includes preparation of HR Manpower. 17) Responsible for Locum payments of Doctors. 18) Updation of Payroll system with necessary inputs. 19) Statutory Compliances which includes Provident Fund, ESI, Bonus Act, Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, Minimum Wages, Payment of Minimum Wages Act etc. for DHK unit. 20) Contract Labour Management which shall include preparation of contractual agreement with vendors, timely submission of PF & ESI contributions and adherence of statutory compliances by the vendor. 21) Updation of Monthly HRIS . 22) Responsible for processing Promotion and Increment Letters. 23) Maintenance of entire MIS and provide Manpower Data as per the requirement within the stipulated date. 24) Issue experience / salary certificate for the employees left or otherwise. 25) Responsible to handle the leave, payroll,salary administration,recruitement & selection processing , probation confirmation , contract renewal, annual appraisal & statutory proceeding for Project,PPP & Central. 26) Any other works instructed by superior/seniors for time to time.
