Responsible for maintaining time and attendance for on-roll and contract employees,salary advice, leave maintenance etc.
Handle entire employee life cycle
Preparation and maintenance of all statutory records, registers as per factories act and labour laws, filling of returns etc.
Responsible for IR and legal related issues
Hands on experience on payroll related activities such as filing of income tax returns,ESI, PF remittances and Ensure zero non-compliance.
Coordination and managing external stake holders such as labour contractors, legal consultant/advocates etc
Have handled end to end recruitment.
