Job description
The incumbent shall be required to work on LOB level key reporting & data requirements, work closely with Ops FLM / Managers / Ops leads and share data insights & recommendations
As a need-based special assignment - this resource may be called upon to analyze business performance & metrics for management
Resource would also be required to work on LOB level initiatives or assignments as in when required
Prepare leadership presentations and report-outs
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy & consistency in reporting at multiple platforms
Job Responsibilities
The incumbent shall assume the following, but not limited to, responsibilities in a day to day operations
Data collection, validation and final consolidation of :
o Org based reporting
o Business area based reporting
o Site based requirements
Database management
Data insights sharing and recommendation to Ops lead
Presentations creation for business, site, executive reviews
Partner with SI & BA team on centralized strategic efforts
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education Graduation (Mandatory)
Post-Graduation (Preferred)
Experience Minimum 2 - 3 years post completing graduation in service industry (ITES)
Knowledge and skills (general and technical) Strong logical/ rationale thinking
Flexibility w.r.t working hours in order to cater to urgent business requirements, whenever required
Good speed on excel and power point
Strength to be able to work with multiple data points from multiple sources together in one go
Individual contributor - self driven
Good relationship management & communication to be able to discuss critical facts & figures with senior leaders
