Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing institutions manpower, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process
Managing the execution of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Responsible for complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of candidates.
Sourcing & Screening of candidates through Job Portals, professional sites, networking, headhunting, Employee References, and Self-Data Bank.
Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.
Responsible for handling all the Exit formalities including full and final settlement of the left employees.
Ensure 100% Compliance with all statutory obligations.
Redressal /grievance handling.
Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
Assisting with the performance management and review process
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
Key Skills
Should have proficiency in complete HR gamut.
Should be a pleasing personality with strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Good Presentation skills.
Competency in MS Office i.e., word, excel & PowerPoint presentation.
