Roles and Responsibilities
Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees. Facilitate employee joining, induction, confirmations and transfers
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Ensures smooth functioning of all administrative activities including maintenance of HR records (keeping past and current records).
Coordinating in appraisal process.
Payroll management - Sharing monthly payroll inputs to corporate HR Team.

Desired Candidate Profile
Masters degree or relevant experience
7+ years' experience in Human Resources
Should be from a Hospital /Diagnostics Industry
