1.Responsible for HR operational activities in Retail Industry
2. Recruitment & Induction of Team as per organization requirement.
3. Sourcing the suitable candidates with desired skills.
4. Screening and short listing the profiles and scheduling the interviews
5. Executing on boarding process of new employee along with necessary documentation.
6. MIS Maintaining and updating database of employees.
7. Employee Background check and verification.
8. Tracking and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
9. Visiting Stores & Warehouse for recruitment and employee queries whenever required.
10. Drafting and issuance of Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, etc.
11. Payroll processing and transferring of salaries.
12. Ensuring statutory compliance on a timely basis.
13. Grievances Handling.
14. Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance
15. Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
16. Drafting and framing HR Policies as per requirement of the organization.
