Job description The Human Resource Manager will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, and enforcing company policies and practices, manage employee relations and engagement activities. Skills & Knowledge: Proven work experience of handling the complete Employee Life cycle (Hire to Retire), especially having hiring background Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; ability to handle conflict situation; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders. Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, employee connect and engagement, and personnel information systems Ability to Motivate, develop, and direct people as they work, identifying the best people for the job. Capability to Identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions Possesses Critical thinking skills, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems Has persuasion skills - Persuading others to change their minds or behavior and is high on people management skills Responsibilities: Lead employer branding initiatives Liaise between departments or other groups to improve function or communication Connect with all the employees and help the organization maintain healthy workspace Recommend organizational process or policy changes Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs Prepare Budgetary reports, performance report and present trends for fact based decision making Analyse data to inform operational decisions or activities Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement Support the team in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience and coordinate special events or programs, whenever required Oversee the scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of the team in the department and train and develop team members Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
